Review how Home Office deals with applications for ILR due to domestic violence

People can apply for indefinite leave to remain (ILR) because of a relationship breakdown due to domestic violence or abuse, if their partner was a British citizen or settled in the UK. We are concerned that people could be making false allegations of violence or abuse to seek ILR.
