Commission an anthem for England for events such as sport

I would like the Government to commission an anthem to be used at events to celebrate and show respect to teams or individuals representing England, as opposed to the National Anthem dating back to 1745 which is about the King and not the country of England.

The other nations of the United Kingdom have their own songs to celebrate their countries' achievements, and yet England uses the 'National' anthem which pertains to all of the UK and is directed to the King, not the country. Our Country is based on fairness, non-discrimination and equality. England should have its own anthem to be used to celebrate and show respect to teams or individuals representing England as do the other countries.
