Require speed cameras be visible with road markings showing the area covered

Speed cameras should be in place to slow drivers down, not trap people into paying a fine. Making it a legal requirement for cameras to be visible (not hidden or painted to blend in with the background), with clear road markings showing the area where speed is checked, should achieve this.
