Restrict sale of vapes to 21 year olds with valid identification

There are too many children vaping and we are concerned about the health impacts of these. We want the Government to restrict the sale of vapes to 21 year olds with valid identification. It should be a criminal offence to sell vapes to under 21s or someone without valid ID.
