Create a new body to investigate complaints against child social services

I believe that there are not adequate rights to seek redress regarding the actions of child social services teams. Complaints about misconduct and mistakes should be investigated in a timely way by an independent body, and resolved. A new body should be created to take on this task.

While there may be some occasions where it is necessary to remove a child, we believe that in many cases this happens unnecessarily, and that child social services teams act incorrectly, leading to situations that are unfair and unjust.

We want the Government to create a new body to investigate complaints against child social services, identify any misconduct and mistakes, and ensure that these are resolved.
