Review healthcare provision for people moved into temporary accommodation

When homeless people are placed in temporary accommodation it can be out of area. Vulnerable people can then be discharged from their health service, even though the same council is responsible for them. We want the Government to review these arrangements, and how to ensure continuity of healthcare.

I am concerned that at present healthcare can be disrupted when a council places a homeless person in temporary accommodation outside of their area. This can have tragic consequences for the individuals involved.
