Incentivise landlords not to sell properties & to charge affordable rents

Landlords are exiting the market at an alarming rate, creating a crisis for existing and prospective tenants. Rents are soaring. We believe the Government should provide financial incentives to encourage landlords to remain in the market, and to ensure rents are affordable.
