Increase the tax-free dividend allowance for stocks in UK businesses

We want the Government to increase the tax-free dividend allowance for stocks in UK businesses. This should encourage investment in UK businesses, and increase individual motivation and ability to invest for their future, helping to reduce further burden on state pensions and welfare.

I believe the reductions in the tax-free dividend allowance is further reducing the ability for the individual investor to provide financial security for their future and reduces the incentive to save/invest beyond the current allowance.

This should encourage increased investment in UK businesses, and help strengthen the UK as a services industry, and provide the UK stock market with the inflow it needs.
