Remove exemption of stalking and flushing out for foxes in the Hunting Act 2004

The Hunting Act 2004 currently exempts the use of up to two dogs to stalk and flush out foxes. We believe that this exemption is being used as an excuse to send dogs to kill the foxes. The exemption should be removed.

We believe that there is no difference for the fox between fox hunting and being flushed out in this way. In both circumstances, the fox can be victim to cruelty, trauma and be killed. Therefore, to protect our fox population, flushing out foxes in this way should be a criminal offence and banned, just as fox hunting is.
