We believe that planning laws are outdated and complicated, including those in the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 and the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act. Hence, the Government needs to work urgently to identify and fix problems to ensure that there will be enough homes for younger generations to purchase in the future.
