Pubs aren’t big commercial sites. Many of those running them are struggling. Energy to local buildings is no different to the house next door, yet energy prices for pubs will be higher than a house next door. I think that this is extortionate and help should be provided to pubs.

The Government should provide pubs with financial help towards energy costs, similar to that which was provided through the Energy Bill Relief Scheme. This could help save many businesses and prevent people losing their livelihoods.
