Do not require XL Bully dogs to be muzzled until 18 months

I would like the Government to change the rules around the recent XL Bully dog ban that came into force on the 31st December 2023, stating that all XL Bully type dogs should be muzzled and walked on lead.

I believe that Bully XL dogs under the age of 18 months should not have to wear a muzzle in public but should still be walked on a lead. I feel it is unfair to muzzle any dog before the adult age of 2. I believe early months are crucial to development and that dogs under this age rarely shows aggression to attack. Being able to socialise plays a huge role in a dog's life.
