Allow young person bus passes to be used as voter ID

Many young people don’t have voter ID that would currently be acceptable, if we made Young person bus passes, for example the YoungScot card used in Scotland or the 18+ Oyster Card used in London, more young people could easily vote in UK elections and get their voices heard.
