Require schools to have a separate behaviour policy for SEND students

I think behaviour policies in mainstream schools are primarily written for neuro-typical students, which can result in SEND students struggling to access the curriculum and be properly understood and supported.

We believe SEND students are not being given adequate consideration with regards to their behaviour in mainstream schools.

We are concerned that many SEND students are not getting their right to a fair education, on part because of behaviour policies in mainstream schools, which we believe often don't recognise their individual circumstances.
