Rename death by dangerous driving as "motor manslaughter" and increase sentences

I would like the Government to change the name of the offence of causing death by dangerous driving to "motor manslaughter" for all road traffic collisions caused by a vehicle that results in death. I also think punishment for the crime should be increased.
