We want the Government to review the process for sale/purchase of property and consider how to streamline this and provide greater protections to buyers and sellers. This could be through a system similar to Scotland, where sellers are responsible for surveys and accepted offers are binding.

So many people spend so much time and money getting to the point of exchange of contracts only to be messed around.
