Ban people from keeping Cockerels and Roosters in residential areas. The animals are excessively loud and I think they should only be kept in open areas such as the countryside/fields.

Roosters crow in the morning, and the noise can be excessively loud, waking a lot of residents up in residential areas. Instead of noise complaints, I think there should be a complete ban on Cockerels and Roosters in residential areas such as towns and cities. They should only be kept at farms or the countryside where the population of residents is very low.
