Take action to support families where a parent is convicted of domestic violence

We want the Government to require parents convicted of domestic violence to take behavioural courses, offer counselling to their children, and offer support to the other parent on how to co-parent with an abuser.

We believe the needs of victims and children are being neglected after abuse, meaning children and victims are often left suffering and just ‘left to it’ with an abuser. We think victims and children need professional help to stop abusers mentally and emotionally harming children.
