Review provision of injury awards under the Police Pensions Regulations 2006

I want the Government to commission an independent review of arrangements for providing injury awards under the Police Pensions Regulations 2006. I believe injured officers are being unjustly denied injury awards.

I believe that the regulations are not being fairly and justly applied, leading to financial loss on the part of injured officers. I am particularly concerned that evidence provided by injured officers is not given adequate consideration of weight. I think an impartial review into the application of these regulations is needed.
