I think the incremental tobacco purchase ban is unfair and undemocratic and does not confer justice to the citizen. I think that this condemns citizens to restriction on their liberties, which could be avoided by setting the age limit to 21. Adults should not be treated as children. Innocent activities should not be punished by the law.
