Fund all health costs for UK nationals who are full-time students

Every full-time student who is a UK citizen should be able to have access to completely free healthcare; this includes prescriptions, dental treatment and optical care.

I think that full-time students might worry about accessing healthcare. I don't think that everyone's maintenance loans are proportionate to current costs of living and earning “enough” from part-time jobs disqualifies individuals from receiving available financial aids for healthcare. Further education is critical in improving the quality of life of our citizens. I believe the expenses of paying for health puts another strain upon accessing and completing university courses.
