Bring all social care into the public sector, under the NHS & stop means testing

We want to reverse the changes to Social Care which have resulted in parts of it being transferred to local government, privatised and means-tested.
We believe that trends in local authority budgets and Social Care funding since 2010 have harmed the sector and that immigration policies have contributed to staffing problems.
