Have a General Election every year as requested in 1839 by the Chartist Movement

In 1839, 1842 and 1848 the Chartists requested 6 changes to our parliamentary system:

- A vote for every man aged twenty-one years and above
- The secret ballot to protect the elector in the exercise of his vote.
- No property qualification for Members of Parliament (MPs)
- Payment of Members
- Equal constituencies
- Annual parliamentary elections

All have been enacted except Annual elections. We think this would enable a more democratic relationship with the voter and help to hold MPs to account.
