I would like the Government to review the enforcement of legal standards in care homes to ensure that such legislation is effective, residents are well looked after and are not subject to abuse or neglect.

I believe that a review in enforcement of these standards is needed and could also stop care homes from hospitalising people and then refuse them upon their return.
