We believe that, currently, PDRs offer no safeguards for tenants and landlords exploit this to evict businesses or demand unsustainable rents, based on projected residential income. These changes could help stop this exploitation.

We believe that this unfair practice destroys jobs, devastates high streets, and erases local culture. Small businesses are vital to our economy and communities. Without protection, they cannot survive.

Immediate action is needed to safeguard our high streets.
