I would like the government to investigate: - How DVSA examiners decide a serious/fault - Why DVSA has failed to cut down waiting time for driving tests - Why the national pass rate for car driving tests is still around 50% whereas casualty numbers have dropped over the years.

Failing a test can cost a lot to young drivers. I feel that sometimes the reason for a serious fault is debatable.
I think that unnecessary and unjustified fails are causing long waiting lists. I also think that some people have no faith in the driving test system because what's classed as a serious fault may not be something that would get you a fine once passed.
