We would like the Government to reform the Financial Ombudsman Service. We think there should be a much better explanation of when the FoS can help. We think the criteria in which you can complain should be reviewed and widened.

We think online reviews of the service indicate many customers do not receive the help they requested. As it stands we feel the cost of the service is not justified. We think the effort required to submit a complaint to the FoS is very considerable.
