Mandate that all dentists provide minimum amount of NHS services

Millions lack NHS dental care. We demand a 50% NHS allocation mandate for all dentist practices, requirements to ensure all NHS treatment that is needed for a particular patient is carried out, and a rule requiring practices to accept new NHS patients in their area.

We don't think dental care should be dependent on income. An estimated 13 million lack NHS dental care, with many unable to access treatment at all. Those who do can face inadequate care and struggle to get all the treatments they may need. Some practices only treat private patients, leaving locals excluded. A 50% mandate, requirements to ensure full and NHS treatment is carried out, and ensuring local NHS access could reduce inequality, tackle the dental crisis, and protect public health.
