Instead of losing their expertise, we want the Government to review and improve current policy by investigating:
1. Fees and effective support for British IMGs who narrowly fail exams
2. Supervised employment for qualified professionals until they gain full registration
3. Ensuring roles match professionals' overseas experience and expertise
We believe that trained professionals are eager to contribute to the NHS. We want the Government to review and improve the current system, which could ease NHS staff shortages and improve patient care.
