After someone is diagnosed with Dementia or Alzheimer's and their quality of life deteriorates beyond their personal standard, they should have the choice to be euthanised.

Dementia and Alzheimer’s is a progressive disease which may cause life changing pressures within the family unit for many years. People should not have to endure this if they don't want to. I would like people to have a choice regarding the minimum quality of life they will accept.
