We think establishing a 15ft filming exclusion zone could enable safe resolution of a police incident without impeding the right to film in public places.

We believe this is needed to protect those who protect the majority, thereby allowing both the incident to be managed unhindered and those worried about accountability to view and film from outside that zone.
