Require NHS hospitals & clinics to provide after-treatment surveys

I urge the Government to require NHS hospitals and clinics to provide end of treatment surveys to patients or families at the end of care/treatment. I would like this to be sent to an independent review board and assessed so that any serious complaints are dealt with properly.

I am calling for there to be an independent board that can accurately assess and investigate serious complaints through a mandatory post treatment/care survey to patients and families. These surveys could then be reviewed by the independent board.
