Require workplaces/schools to allow people to leave due to period pain

I want workplaces/schools to be required to allow workers/students to go home for period pain. I want the Government to act because I think it's unfair that sometimes people who are suffering are denied the chance to leave.

Some people have conditions that make periods so painful they can’t walk. I think they need support, not refusal. Stress can worsen period pain, and with school and work stress, shouldn’t people get a break? Period pain can also distract from lessons and tasks, which could cause people to fall behind.
