The Spring Bank Holiday comes soon after Easter and May Day bank holidays, creating a logjam of bank holidays. We think it would be better to move this to November around Remembrance Sunday.

We believe this could improve the wellbeing and productivity of the country. We believe a series of bank holidays in and around May are an abundance in a short time, whereas by November, many people may be feeling tired in the run up to the end of the year, and so we think a bank holiday then would serve to improve productivity more.
