Ban the sale of catapults and carrying catapults in public

We urge the Government to make carrying catapults in public places illegal, so that the police can arrest those carrying, especially in areas of known wildlife. We also urge the Government to ban the sale of catapults the UK, so they are not so easily accessible to children!
