We think the review should consider how to ensure patient safety is prioritised over commercial interests and conflicts of interest are removed.

Some medicines approved by MHRA have caused patient harm & it often takes years to detect safety signals.
We think an urgent review of the yellow card system is required.
We think the MHRA focuses too much on clinical trials of new medicines, rather than safety of existing ones.
