Ban the use of AI and electronic algorithms for filtering job applications

Ban the use of AI and electronic algorithms for filtering job applications so that organizations select candidates from applications manually. I think the problem in job searching is that all the electronic filters prevent people's CVs from even reaching the desks of their would be employers.

As it stands right now, some employers complain about not having workers, workers complains about not getting jobs, I think these problems are rooted in the fact that many applications don't make it to the employers desk due to various filters. I think employers need to go back to using the staff they can get and training their own staff in what they need if they aren't readily available. I and many others have applied to many jobs to only get a reply from a few of them.
