All biological and intended parents to be named on birth registration & reform

We think knowing biological parents is vital for medical history and self-identity. I grew up with absent parents but needed to know my origins. Current birth laws may exclude fathers if they refuse involvement or in surrogacy. Intended parents, especially same-sex couples, may face legal uncertainty without such birth recognition.
