We believe betting tipster services should be regulated for several reasons, primarily to protect consumers and ensure fair practices in an industry prone to exploitation. We also support better regulation to prevent fraud and misrepresentation: there are concerns that tipsters may exaggerate or falsify their success rates to attract clients, misleading bettors about potential profits. We believe stronger regulation can enforce transparency, requiring tipsters to provide verified records of their performance.
