We want all the light to be turned off for one hour during one day per week, including streetlights, bright lights outside hotels and buildings etc, electrical billboards that emit light. We want them all turned off for an hour to save electricity and to tackle light pollution for everyone to experience the natural night sky, in a way that many of our ancestors would have seen years ago.
