Review criteria for fertility referrals on the NHS and fund research into PCOS

We want a review into NHS fertility guidelines to consider how people with PCOS and a BMI over 35 can access fertility referrals. We also want the Government to fund more research into PCOS, including causes, treatment, and finding a cure for this life-impacting condition.

PCOS can cause weight gain, infertility and serious long-term health risks. Many with PCOS are denied fertility referrals due to BMI, even though the condition contributes to higher weight. We think this could be discriminatory and prevents access to care. PCOS needs more research and fairer treatment in the NHS.
