Ban serving or former police officers from working on/advising the OPCC

Prohibit serving or former police officers from working in or advising the OPCC.

We think OPCCs should be staffed with independent legal experts such as retired judges or human rights lawyers.

We believe recent cases suggest OPCCs have sided with police.
