Introduce Y Ddraig Goch (The Red Dragon) to the union flag (representing Wales)

The union flag is a flag designed to incorporate and represent all of the United Kingdom. Due to historical circumstances Wales was not represented as a nation on the Union Jack and are still not included. Incorporating the Welsh Dragon onto the union flag would foster larger inclusivity.

As an Englishman, I find that the under representation of Wales on our flag is an issue 200 years in the making. The UK stands for all of our citizens, not just the ones from everywhere (but) wales. Include them in the symbolic flag of the United Kingdom.
