Fund free lens thinning and tints for people registered sight impaired

We believe the NHS optical voucher scheme fails severely sight impaired (SSI) people. Lens upgrades (thinning/tints) cost £175-£300, draining funds that could be used for other disability costs. We want the maximum voucher for all SSI people to cover essential, clinically prescribed features fully.

2) Provide sufficient funding to ensure this maximum value fully covers all clinically prescribed lens thinning and specialist tints/filters.
