Conduct review of abandoned buildings and potential to refurbish into shelters

We call on the Government to work with property owners, county councils, town councils and building companies/charities to conduct a review of abandoned buildings. The review should consider whether these buildings can be refurbished into shelters for the homeless, and for children under 18.

The United Kingdom has a problem with things like homelessness, domestic violence and under 18s within unsafe environments and this idea could bring about a change for the UK by providing a safe environment for them to start their lives as well as providing more jobs within the UK. It may also change views on rehabilitation and 'second chances'!
