Introduce standing orders giving equal time at PMQs to opposition party leaders

We petition the House of Commons to introduce standing orders governing Prime Minister's Questions (PMQs) to ensure that the number of questions allocated to party leaders are shared equally among the leaders of all recognised opposition parties in the House of Commons, including smaller parties.
