Introduce mandatory fines for people parking in parent & child bays without kid

We want the Government to introduce mandatory fines for people who park in parent and child bays who do not have children with them. This should be in the same way people are fined for parking in a disabled bay without a disabled badge.

Many people park in parent and child parking bays on a day-to-day basis who do not have any children, which I find shocking. If there are no mother and child bays left, parents with children may have to wait for one to become available as it is physically impossible for many to get a baby out of the car in a normal space. Fining them could deter people from doing this whilst also making the Government money. It could be a win-win for everyone except the people who gain from parking there without children.
