Require airports to improve support for those travelling alone with 0-3year olds

Establish minimum legal standards in airports such as: full lift access on all routes; working alternatives if out of order; priority help and clear guidance at security & boarding; trained staff for prams & bags; clean, accessible changing & feeding areas in every terminal.

Parents travelling alone with babies or toddlers can face huge stress in airports: broken lifts, stairs-only routes, no help at security, inconsistent rules, and poor facilities. These gaps can create safety risks and distress for families. We think standardising support across UK airports would protect parents, improve safety, and make air travel more inclusive and compassionate.
