Review and reduce the proposed £2.20 per 10ml Vaping Products Duty

I want the Government to review and reduce the proposed £2.20 per 10ml vaping duty. I believe this level is excessive, could raise prices sharply, harm small businesses, and risk pushing people back to smoking or unsafe black-market products.

I believe the proposed £2.20 per 10ml duty is excessively high and could make regulated vaping products unaffordable for many adults who rely on them as a safer alternative to smoking. This could risk increasing smoking rates and driving customers to unregulated black-market vapes. It could also place huge financial pressure on small UK vape businesses. I believe a fairer, evidence-based duty is needed to protect public health and legitimate retailers.
