We believe delays and signalling failures are constant and services are unreliable, and that rail infrastructure is still far too easy for the public to access, which can lead to frequent incidents, serious disruption and loss of life. We feel this is a safety failure, not just an inconvenience. The Government should act to secure the network, modernise signalling, prevent harm and protect passengers.
